Medicines Page now holds all B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire Joint Formulary information, and the the BCAP Formulary website is no longer live.

You can still access information relating to the BCAP Joint Formulary and information about BaNES Medicines Management.

For General Practices which face BNSSG:

BNSSG Joint Formulary – website change
From 1st September 2019 the BNSSG Joint Formulary (Adult & Paediatrics) will be hosted on Remedy, the BNSSG Referral Services website,
This brings local information on medicines and prescribing, primary care management, referral advice in one place.

The ‘Contact Us’ has changed to a mailbox address that will be checked every working day by the BNSSG CCG Interface Pharmacy Team and we will endeavour to respond within 2 working days.

The existing domain names, and will take you to the new Joint Formulary in Remedy, but any deeper bookmarks that you may have stored won’t unfortunately link you to the correct resource and will need re-saving.
